STATUS OF THE GO GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY AND GLOBAL QUALITY SELECTION FUND OF FUNDS
LATEST UPDATE
Notification was issued by the Funds’ Managers, Emerging Manager Platform Ltd (“EAM”), on 04 April 2016 that trading in the Go Global Opportunity & Global Quality Selection funds had been suspended with an effective date of 01 February 2016.
We have been in contact with EAM and have clarified the operation of the Funds during the period of suspension as follows:
- Subscriptions (Purchases): Subscriptions will not be accepted by the Funds during the period of suspension.
- Redemption Requests (Sales): The Funds will continue to accept redemption requests during the period of suspension– all redemption requests received after 01 February 2016 will be queued until the funds un-suspend. At the point of un-suspension, all redemption requests received after 01 February 2016, during the period of suspension, will be redeemed at a single price and trade date, determined at the point of un-suspension.
It is the Fund’s intention to issue contract notes for all redemption requests up to the point of suspension as and when the relevant fund prices are published. - Fund Prices (NAVs): The Funds intend to continue calculating and publishing indicative NAVs during the period of suspension.
- Settlement of Redemption Requests: For redemption requests issued prior to the point of suspension where contract notes have been issued, the Funds intend to settle (i.e. pay) redemption requests in chronological order, from oldest to newest as and when liquidity is available.
Hansard continues to be in regular contact with both the fund Manager (EAM) and Investment Advisor (Novium AG) and will provide further updates when new information is received.
