Debra is a qualified professional & has over 30 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, working across multiple jurisdictions including Bermuda, Mauritius, New York, Kuala Lumpur & Guernsey, before locating back to the Isle of Man in 2017.
Debra has held senior & board level positions for some of the world’s largest financial institutions including HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds, Bermuda Commercial Bank & Zurich International.
Debra has a wealth of experience across insurance, investment, hedge funds & digital banking. Debra also has experience across trust, fund administration & custody businesses as well as leading large front office client relationship & sales teams. Debra brings a breadth of knowledge & experience to her role at Hansard.

Anthony brings extensive experience in the offshore financial services industry. Beginning his career over a decade ago as a successful Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), he transitioned into the international life sector. At IFGL’s Malaysia office, he cultivated strong relationships with advisers across the Asia region, gaining deep regional expertise.
As the newest member of the Hansard sales team, Anthony is committed to elevating both existing and new relationships to new heights.

Michael has worked in the offshore life assurance industry for over 25 years.
Starting his journey on the Isle of Man with Royal Skandia, his service ethic & his ability to build relationships with Advisers globally has enabled Michael to quickly transition into Sales, leading him to Hong Kong & Singapore with Royal Skandia, Zurich International, Standard Life & in the last 7 years, Hansard, where he is now the Head of Sales for Latin America.

Jonathan has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years.
Initially in London with Aegon Scottish Equitable, before moving overseas in 2007 to join Generali Worldwide & subsequently, Utmost Worldwide.
Based in Dubai, Jonathan is responsible for developing our distribution in the MENA region as well as building on and increasing sales with key partners.
