LATEST UPDATE

We have been informed that asset sales to restore liquidity to the funds are ongoing, however it is unlikely that the funds will settle all outstanding redemptions prior to the end of 2015 or return to normal trading terms within this timeframe. We are working with the Asset Manager and Fund providers to gain a better understanding of the activities that are taking place and will provide updates in due course.

STATUS OF REDEMPTION PROCEEDS

As at 23 November 2015, Hansard has received settlement proceeds for a small number of outstanding redemptions – this has been applied to the relevant policies. The redemptions are being settled in chronological order i.e. oldest to newest.
