BACKGROUND

The Go Global Opportunity & Global Quality Selection Fund of Funds have been suffering from liquidity issues which has resulted in ongoing delays to the settlement of redemptions of these fund.
The Fund Managers have been working towards restoring liquidity

Further to our previous correspondence, the Fund Managers have advised that they intend to restore liquidity to the fund by selling a number of assets underpinning the fund.

LATEST UPDATE

A recent sale of assets has been completed which we are told will result in enough liquidity to cover a number of the outstanding redemptions, which will be settled in chronological order starting with the earliest. Further asset sales are underway and it is expected that all outstanding deals will be settled and the funds will return to normal trading in the next few months.

STATUS OF REDEMPTION PROCEEDS

As at 08 October 2015, Hansard has not received cash proceeds from the Go Global Opportunity or Global Quality Selection funds. We continue to liaise with the fund manager regarding expected timings.
