Working for Hansard has been a fantastic experience. I have worked here for over 12 years now and every day is a new experience as not one day is the same as another. I started my career here in 2010 working within the Commissions Team, I’ve since worked my way through various teams and roles which has provided the experience and diversity needed for my current role of Manager within our Client Services function. Hansard has given me so many opportunities over the years which has greatly assisted my learning and development journey and Hansard continues to support my personal growth. Regardless of your position, the team here are extremely welcoming, super friendly and fun making you feel very much part of the Hansard family.

I started at Hansard only recently in April 2022 and I can say that within such a short period of time at Hansard, I already feel like I’ve worked here for years! The environment is so welcoming and there is a really strong culture that I stand by in my day to day. I joined the company as the Team Leader of the Middle East Support team and since I began I continue to be surprised each day with the team spirit and positivity that comes to play.

The career that I have started with Hansard is something I very much look forward to progressing currently, and in the future. I feel there is plenty of room for development and encouragement towards this also. Since joining, this has been proven and is often discussed during 1-2-1 meetings. I ensure that this is also fed into the team that I manage and allow them to express any room for growth that they wish to pursue.

Hansard is a really positive place to work and I am thankful that I took the plunge to join. I look forward to my future here.

Although I am a fairly new joiner to Hansard, everyone here is so friendly and approachable which put me at ease immediately. I work within Client Services and have already been provided with so many exciting opportunities to learn and progress within my role. Hansard really encourage self-development which is very important to me and I am really looking forward to further my career with Hansard.

Starting my Hansard journey back in 2006 as a Settlement Administrator, Hansard has given me opportunities to develop my career across several different roles in the Company which has included as a Fund Administrator in the Unit Pricing team, later as a Senior Administrator, before moving into Propositions department in my current role as Propositions Officer. The core responsibility of my role here is the maintenance of Hansard’s existing investment propositions, as well as the initial design and ongoing development of the investment propositions that are central to Hansard’s next generation products.

As someone who wanted to build a career in Financial Services, what really sold Hansard to me was being told that it was a company that offered the freedom to flourish, and I’d like the think that my progression within the company is an example of this.
