Important Changes to Hansard Online and Online Accounts
As we prepare to make some exciting improvements to our award-winning, online proposition, it is important that you are aware of the impact to services available to you, as Hansard Online (‘Online Accounts’ for clients) ‘migrates’ to a new system environment. The migration will commence at 17:00hrs (BST) on Thursday 29th February, completing at 06:00hrs (BST) on Tuesday 5th March; a weekend period has been chosen to minimise impact to you & your clients.
Access to online services during this period will be on a read only basis, and all online transactions will be temporarily unavailable.
In order to fully commit our team to the migration process, Monday 4th March will be treated as a non-business day and the Isle of Man office will be closed. Normal business will resume on Tuesday 5th March.
HOL Lite users – please note that HOL Lite will no longer be available from Thursday 29th March.
Please note, the migration will be subject to the completion of technical checks to support a secure transition, and therefore dates may change.
