The principal operations of the Hansard Group are carried out by a number of separately incorporated companies based in the Isle of Man and Dublin, Ireland. The companies are subject to scrutiny by the regulatory powers in those locations.
The Group holding company is Hansard Global plc, which is based in the Isle of Man.
Our structure is designed to support intermediaries throughout the world, by removing the constraints that naturally occur when intermediaries and/or their clients change location.
